… are proud to open the doors of La Fattoria del Nonno Berto to all those who are looking for a unique place to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany. La Fattoria del Nonno Berto was recently (2015) renovated and modernized. Inside you’ll find stylish decoration which blends perfectly with refined antique furniture. The exterior offers a unique view over the city of Cortona, the pearl of the Val di Chiana ….
During the renovations Stefano and Patrizia have been careful to preserve those details that link the building to the surrounding environment. The environment which has a rich history given the proximity of the various Etruscan artifacts found in recent years and is rich in lush vegetation during the summertime.
All this gives the benefits of a unique and enviable environment that is ideal for walks immersed not only in nature but also in history. Finally, the strategic position of la Fattoria del Nonno Berto allows you to easily reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
The Apartments
All three apartments are completely restored and cared for in every single aspect. Modern kitchen, living room with sofa, dining area, TV with satellite, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi.
The Outside
The exterior consists of a large garden with swimming pool, sun area and a barbecue. The area is fenced and has an automatic gate secured with digital code. There’s a private car parking.
Contact with guests
The owners of La Fattoria del Nonno Berto live only 300 meters from the farm. This means that for every eventuality they will arrive on site in less than 5 minutes. The owners also work with operators to run the place. They speak English, Germans, French and Dutch. Guests enjoy a maximum freedom while respecting the property and its furnishings.

The Fattoria del Nonno Berto is 2 km from Cortona: a famous and acclaimed town. The strategic location, where the Fattoria del Nonno Berto is located, allows its guests to reach within an hours drive other important historical and culinary centers both in Tuscany: Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcini; and in Umbria such as Perugia (40/45 Km), Assisi, Spello, etc .
